Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description.

    • Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

  2. Wrong Product Delivered:

    • If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours.

    • We will arrange for a pickup and send the correct product or issue a refund.

  3. Lost in Transit:

    • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time and is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a full refund.

⚠️ We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after order has shipped

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Unclaimed parcels

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • You must notify us within 2 days of delivery and return the item within 7 days.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to our error).
